I am a huge Djokovic fan and would like to see him be the number one again, but I know it's really hard because of Sinner, but I believe the rest of the young guys are beatable for him 😉 . And the fact that the guy is 37 years old just amazes me, easy to say GOAT

Absolutely agree with you — it’s wild that Djokovic is still in the mix at 38. The guy’s a machine. Yeah, Sinner’s looking like the real deal right now, but honestly, if anyone can take out the younger guys, it’s Novak.

He’s had a rough start to 2025 with a bunch of unexpected first-round losses and that injury at the Aussie Open, but winning in Geneva just before Roland Garros was a huge confidence boost. People forget that even though clay isn’t his strongest surface, he’s still won the French Open three times and just grabbed his 100th title. That says a lot.

The road in Paris won’t be easy — he’s in the same half as Alcaraz and Zverev, and could face Sinner in the final — but if anyone can navigate that kind of draw, it’s Djokovic. You never count this guy out. GOAT status isn’t just about talent, it’s about doing what no one else can, again and again.

Totally with you guys. Novak being 38 and still pushing for Slam No. 25 is just unreal. The fact that he’s had such a rough stretch this season — injuries, early exits — and still managed to bounce back with a title right before Roland Garros just proves what kind of mindset he’s got.

....Yeah, Sinner’s on fire and probably the biggest hurdle right now, but Djokovic has made careers out of shutting down the “next big thing.” Alcaraz, Zverev, even Sinner — they’re amazing, but none of them have that mental steel Novak’s got, especially over five sets. If he stays healthy through the tournament, I wouldn’t be shocked at all if he pulls off another “how did he do that?” run.

GOAT for a reason.
