The honor of being able to participate in the Masters for the rest of your life is one of the greatest perks of winning it. Typically, the oldest former winners return once a year to play on the beautiful Augusta golf course, despite no longer having the physical capacity to compete for a top spot.

That appeared to be the case for the tournament's oldest player, Fred Couples, who last made the cut back in 2023 but finished at +9. However, he's once again showing off his timeless ability. Couples scored an Eagle on the 14th hole, allowing him to finish the first day of the tournament at -1. After entering the tournament with +200000 odds to win it all, Couples has the ability to turn a $100 bet into $200,000.

It's very unlikely Couples wins the Masters this year, but even staying in contention will be an impressive feat for the veteran golfer. Do you see Couples making the cut and finishing better than his +9 result in 2023?
