As bad as the Titans are and as quick as they seem to fire their coaches, it's a very appealing job with Ward in place and a very high draft pick coming. They also spend money.
Callahan getting axed after 23 games is a quick trigger, but did he deserve to get the job in the first place? It's not like he was working in some tiny high school in Louisiana, working his way up after waiting 25 years. He's a princeling.
