In a plot twist, the Dolphins fired GM Chris Grier...oh...sorry. They "mutually agreed to part ways."
In other words, "we mutually agree that you're fired."
Also, they're apparently gonna let Mike McDaniel finish the season.

I know that some teams aren't always keen on midseason firings. But if it's going to happen anyway, it may as well be sooner rather than later. Just my opinion, though.
