As I understand, NCAA teams see new players every 2-4 years because it's just for the time of their education equivalent right? So how do Duke, Gonzaga, etc. always seed well year to year? Is it all down to the coach and resources or is there something else at play like regional climate or sub-culture, local competition for practice, and so on?
