Following back-to-back wins against the Sun and Mystics, Seattle enters this conference tilt amid a six-game losing skid. This includes a 101-91 loss to the Las Vegas Aces on Monday.

Seattle hung around early on and led 25-23 after the first quarter. However, the defending champs seized control of the game after that, outscoring the Storm 49-34 over the middle two quarters. This stretch was fueled by a 19-4 burst to begin the second period.
The Storm's offense featured four double-digit scorers. Dominique Malonga paced the offense with 19 points along with five rebounds. Natisha Hiedeman finished with 17 points, five rebounds, and five assists for a Seattle squad that shot 45 percent overall and 44 percent from 3-point territory.
On the other side, the Sparks were in the midst of a mini-slump, losing three straight. But the Purple and Gold managed to end the streak with an 89-72 victory against the Portland Fire on Sunday night.
Los Angeles trailed 43-41 at the break. After halftime, the home team responded with a 23-12 burst in the third and followed that up with an 11-2 run in the fourth to give the Sparks an 18-point advantage with 6:07 remaining.
Dearica Hamby was one of three starters to reach double figures, finishing with a team‑high 22 points and 12 rebounds. Nneka Ogwumike followed with 20 points and 17 boards, marking her third straight double‑double. Kelsey Plum rounded out the trio with 16 points, seven assists, and six rebounds, giving Las Vegas steady production across the board.
