Following a somewhat surprising loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, Denver has won its last seven games. In its last outing, the team defeated the Utah Jazz 130-117.

The Nuggets led by 14 points at the break before Utah cut the deficit to four early in the final frame. However, Denver went on its second 15-2 burst of the game to clinch its 49th win of the season.
Jamal Murray was one of six Nuggets players in double figures. He led the way with 37 points, five rebounds, and five assists. Cameron Johnson added 19 points, nine rebounds, and six assists.
After coming up short against Denver on Mar. 12, the Spurs have reeled off 11 consecutive wins. This stretch includes a 118-99 victory against the LA Clippers on Thursday night.
San Antonio led by as many as 26 points in the first half, thanks to hitting 20 of their first 28 shots. The Clippers rallied to get within 87-78 heading into the fourth quarter. But the Spurs recaptured the momentum, pushing the lead back to 15 points on their way to notching their 59th win of the season.
De'Aaron Fox scored a team-high 22 points, along with eight rebounds and five assists. Stephon Castle finished with 20 points, five assists, and four rebounds. With the victory, San Antonio remains two games behind the Thunder for the league's best record.
