Eastern Conference action is set for Madison Square Garden on March 23, as the New York Rangers bid to end a losing run when they host the Ottawa Senators.
The Rangers have suffered defeats in each of their last four games, leaving them at the bottom of the Metropolitan Division. Meanwhile, the Senators will be aiming to record a third straight win on Monday.

Mike Sullivan is enduring a miserable first season at the NY Rangers, as the franchise remain bottom of the Metropolitan Division standings.
The Rangers have really struggled in home games this season, going 9-15-6 at Madison Square Garden. That poor sequence continued on Sunday evening, as they were beaten in a shootout by the Winnipeg Jets.
Mika Zibanejad scored in the defeat, taking his tally of goals for the season to 27. However, their playoff dreams already appear to be over, meaning that the team are instead preparing for next season already.
The Ottawa Senators still have serious hopes of a playoff finish in the NHL this season.
They come into this clash sitting sixth in the Atlantic Division, but they have recorded seven wins in their last ten. Confidence can also be gained from their recent outings, winning each of their last two.
Ottawa’s offensive players have shown excellent form over that period, scoring eight in successive wins over the Islanders and Maple Leafs. Claude Giroux and Michael Amadio both scored in the recent 5-2 success against Toronto on Saturday.
