The Magic led by five points through three quarters and held a 104-102 advantage in the closing moments. Unfortunately, Luke Kennard knocked down a back-breaking 3-pointer with 0.6 seconds left, enabling Los Angeles to extend its win streak to nine games.
Paolo Banchero was one of seven players in double figures for Orlando. He finished with a team-high 16 points, six assists, and five rebounds. Jalen Suggs tallied 14 points and six assists.

On the other side, the Pacers have dropped each of their last 16 games. Their latest setback includes a 134-119 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday.
Indiana trailed by 13 points (42-29) after the opening frame. The road team never recovered, with the participants playing to a near stalemate over the remaining three quarters, as the Spurs coasted to a 15-point victory.
Andrew Nembhard paced the offense with 25 points and seven assists. Jarace Walker finished with 21 points and shot 5-for-7 from beyond the arc.
