Purdue and Nebraska will meet in the Big 10 quarterfinal. This will be a rematch of an intense overtime game in Lincoln.

Purdue has one of the most efficient offenses in the nation, and it is due to the stellar play of Braden Smith. He is one of the best floor generals in the country, averaging 9 assists a game. He had his passing ability on full display in the last round. Smith dished out 16 assists. With him playing at this level, can Purdue lose?
#11 Nebraska is 26-5 overall, 15-5 in the Big Ten, and the 2nd seed in the tournament. Nebraska is one of the best teams in the country and a legitimate top-3 seed candidate for the NCAA Tournament.
Nebraska will be up and ready for this game. They came within a possession of winning the first meeting and believe they let that one slip. Nebraska's defense is elite, and they're rested off a triple bye. The question is whether they can keep Purdue off the offensive glass this time around.
Purdue vs Nebraska will be an intense battle. With this said, Braden Smith is playing his best basketball at exactly the right time. Nebraska's defense is elite, but it struggled to contain Purdue's inside presence the first time around. Kaufman-Renn and Cluff are problems that Nebraska hasn't solved yet. We expect Purdue to control the paint again and cover the 3.5.
