Boston saw its recent four-game win streak snapped by a 103-84 loss to the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night

The Celtics went into halftime with a slim 48-47 lead. However, Denver found its footing in the second half, outscoring its opponent 56-36, including a decisive 30-19 margin in the second quarter.
Jaylen Brown guided the offense, scoring a team-high 23 points while adding 11 assists and three rebounds. Derrick White finished with 20 points on 4-for-9 shooting from beyond the arc.
On the other side, the Nets have dropped five straight. This stretch includes a 123-114 setback against the Dallas Mavericks.
Brooklyn trailed 76-64 at intermission. Although the Nets trimmed the deficit to two in the fourth quarter, Dallas pushed its advantage back to double digits with a minute left to play.
Michael Porter Jr. scored a team-high 26 points, connecting on nine of his 16 shot attempts. Noah Clowney finished with 22 points and five rebounds.
