The Cincinnati Bearcats are currently on a four-game winning streak as they head to Texas Tech for a Big 12 matchup. The game will be played at the United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock, Texas, home of the Red Raiders.

One would think that Cincinnati doesn’t stand a chance against Texas Tech, right? Interestingly enough, the same was thought when they played Kansas, however, the Bearcats beat them by double digits on the road. Cincinnati is on a four-game win streak and looking to make a run and increase their March Madness odds of making it in.

Baba Miller, their main engine, is a double-double machine with 13.9 PPG and 10.2 RPG. Their primary ball handler, Day Day Thomas, is averaging 11.0 PPG while shooting 39% from three.
Texas Tech is 20–7 overall and 10–4 in the Big 12, and they’re 3–2 over their last five games. They’re coming off a big bounce-back win against Kansas State and are looking to stabilize their form heading into the end of the season. They’ll almost certainly make the tourney, but a win here would still help their March Madness odds.
The Red Raiders will need to make do without their top player, JT Toppin, who suffered a season-ending ACL tear on February 18. They’ll need Christian Anderson and Donovan Atwell to step up and carry more of the offensive load.
This should be an easy win for Texas Tech, however, Cincinnati's recent surge plus the Kansas upset speaks otherwise. The Red Raiders are favorites -5.5with an over/under of 142.5.
