With both teams coming off losses, Houston will travel to Kansas. This will be a blockbuster matchup featuring two of the best teams and freshmen in the country.

Houston has had a tough draw to finish off conference play. Including this game, they will have played the number 1,3, and 4 teams in the conference. They have dropped two games in a row, a rarity for Coach Sampson, and a three-game skid is in the cards.
Kansas is 20-7 overall, 10-4 in Big 12 play, and 8th in the AP Poll. The Jayhawks recently came off an upset loss to Cincinnati. This was not a close game either. The Bearcats handled Kansas by 16 points.
The Jayhawks are currently a 3 seed in the big dance, but can beat any team in the nation when Darryn Peterson is on his game. Kansas has been able to knock off some of the best teams in the nation behind his near 20 points a game. Can they prove that this loss was a fluke?
