After a second and third quarter in which both teams posted double-digit scoring advantages, Toronto led by two points entering the fourth quarter. However, Golden State responded with a 26-16 burst in the final frame, propelling the road team to an eight-point win.
Isabelle Harrison delivered a solid 24-point, eight-rebound performance while shooting 10-for-17 from the field. Toronto's Achilles' heel was its ineffective long-range shooting, as the Tempo went 6-for-22 (27 percent) from beyond the arc.
Dallas is trending in the opposite direction, with three straight wins following a two-game skid. The team's latest triumph was an 88-77 victory against the New York Liberty on Tuesday night.
The Wings trailed by two points after the first quarter. But Dallas answered with a 29-11 advantage in the second quarter and stayed ahead the rest of the way.
Jessica Shepard was one of four players to reach double figures. She led the offense with 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists. Paige Bueckers contributed 15 points, seven boards, and five dimes, helping Dallas secure its 14th win of the season.
