Storm aim to bounce back following loss to the Fever
The Storm have dropped their last seven games. The latest misstep was a 105-95 loss to the Indiana Fever on Tuesday night.

Seattle trimmed an early 17-point deficit down to four heading into the fourth quarter. But a 29-23 edge in the final 10 minutes enabled the Fever to prevail in the end.
Natisha Hiedeman delivered an impressive 33-point outing on 11-for-20 from the field, adding six rebounds and four assists to pace the offense. But despite a balanced scoring effort, Seattle's defense had difficulty containing Indiana, as the road team shot 52 percent overall and 54 percent from deep.
Atlanta looks to extend its momentum against an inferior opponent
Meanwhile, the Dream have won each of their last four games. Their latest triumph was an 82-81 victory over the Dallas Wings on Wednesday night.
Atlanta trailed by 12 points after three and later 81-77 with just under 19 seconds left in regulation. Following Arike Ogunbowale's flagrant foul, Allisha Gray knocked down three free throws and buried a contested jumper on the ensuing possession. Dallas had multiple opportunities to pull off the win, but Awak Kuier missed a 3-pointer, and Jessica Shepard's putback attempt at the buzzer was off the mark.
Gray scored a team-high 25 points, connecting on eight of her 13 shot attempts. Angel Reese finished with 22 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists, marking her 18th double-double of the season and providing Atlanta with an impactful interior presence.
Storm vs Dream WNBA Pick
Atlanta is currently listed as a 12.5-point favorite. Here's what you need to know for both teams ahead of this tilt.
- The Storm are 1-9 (SU) in their previous 10 games.
- Seattle is 3-2 ATS in its last five outings.
- The Dream are 5-5 (SU) in their previous 10 contests.
- Atlanta is 3-2 ATS in its last five matchups.
Given they have accumulated just six wins on the season, it's no surprise that the Storm are 1-4 in their last five road games, while Atlanta is 3-2 across its last five home outings. These trends, paired with the Dream ranking sixth in scoring efficiency and fourth in defensive rating, indicate that the home team has the edge in the East vs West matchup.
