After edging out the Liberty by a single point, Los Angeles has dropped two straight games, both by double‑digit margins. The latest misstep came in an 111–87 loss to the Indiana Fever, a matchup in which the Sparks struggled to keep pace at both ends of the floor.

The Sparks were within striking distance early, trailing by six points after the first quarter. But Indiana flipped the game for good, outscoring Los Angeles 62-37 across the middle two periods en route to an easy 24-point win.
