After suffering an 11-point loss to the New York Liberty on Jun. 23, Las Vegas has won three straight. This includes a 98-90 OT win over the Chicago Sky on Friday night.

Las Vegas seemed poised to put this game away early after racing out to a 12-point lead at the break. However, the Sky responded with a 49-37 edge in the second half, which resulted in an extra frame.
But in overtime, the Aces found their footing once again, outscoring Chicago 12-4 en route to clinching their 14th win of the season. The Sky's offense featured five double-digit scorers.
Skylar Diggins scored a team-high 19 points and handed out four assists. Kamilla Cardoso registered 16 points, 10 boards, four dimes, and two blocks.
Following a two-game skid, the Fever have won two of their last three. Their last outing was an 111-87 victory against the Los Angeles Sparks on Jun. 27.
The game was relatively close early on, with Indiana leading 27-21 after the opening stanza. But a 62-37 advantage over the middle two frames enabled the Fever to put the game out of reach on their way to a dominant win.
Kelsey Mitchell led four double-digit scorers with 26 points, going 9-for-13 from the floor. Aliyah Boston added 17 points, seven rebounds, and three assists. The Fever were efficient across the board, shooting 55 percent overall and 53 percent from 3.

The Aces have defended their home court well, posting a 4-1 mark in their last five games. On the other side, Indiana has been mediocre away from home, posting a 2-3 record in its previous five road outings.
Both teams hold their own offensively. At the same time, Las Vegas also gets it done defensively, ranking eighth in points allowed and seventh in defensive rating. Given those trends, backing the Aces is the safe play in this matchup, with their defensive profile providing the clearest edge.
