Las Vegas jumped on Phoenix early and often, racing out to a 29–9 lead after the opening quarter and stretching the margin to 57–22 at halftime. The Aces’ dominance only grew from there — they led by as many as 54 points in the fourth quarter before ultimately settling for a 48‑point win, the third‑largest margin of victory in league history.
The four-time MVP, A'ja Wilson, powered the offense with 21 points and 15 rebounds in just 25 minutes of action. Justine Pissott spearheaded the bench unit with 19 points on 5-for-6 shooting from 3-point range.
Las Vegas was solid at both ends of the floor, shooting 51 percent overall and 40 percent from deep while holding Phoenix to 35 percent shooting and 23 percent from distance. That two‑way efficiency defined the matchup and underscored how thoroughly the Aces controlled the game from start to finish.
Following a two-point loss to Phoenix on Jun. 24, the Fever have won three of the last four games. Their most recent outing was a 92-89 victory over the Mercury on Thursday.
Indiana trailed by 10 with 5:35 left in regulation, but the game was far from over. The Fever rallied to take a 90–89 lead on a layup from Kelsey Mitchell, completing a furious late push. Moments later, Sophie Cunningham knocked down two free throws, sealing the come‑from‑behind win.
Mitchell scored a game-high 29 points and handed out eight assists. Aliyah Boston just missed a double-double, finishing with 21 points on 9-for-16 shooting and nine rebounds.
