The fairytale journey of British qualifier Arthur Fery continues in the Wimbledon semi-finals on Friday, as the 23-year-old bids to reach a first-ever Grand Slam final. However, the odds will be stacked against him against French Open champion Alexander Zverev. Find the odds and our picks here.

One of the greatest stories in tennis history will continue into the semi-finals this week, as Arthur Fery became just the second wildcard to reach the final four at Wimbledon earlier this week. Ranked 114 in the world, Fery was listed at odds of +500000 to win the Grand Slam title this year, but his form was raised to a new level in the quarterfinals, dispatching Italian ninth seed Flavio Cobolli in straight sets.
The French Open runner-up had no answer for the Brit’s dominant play, and there has been no fluke about Fery’s run to this stage. He has shown his character throughout his history-making run, requiring five sets to see off his third round and round of 16 opponents. However, this semi-final clash is another step up in opposition.

Alexander Zverev has already acknowledged that 99% of Centre Court will be against him for the semi-final on Friday, but the German looks strong mentality this year than he has previously.
A maiden Grand Slam title was achieved at the French Open earlier this year, while he has oozed class in the last three rounds. His dominance was on full display in his quarterfinal win against Taylor Fritz, easily beating the American sixth-seed in straight sets, and dropping just ten games.
Fery’s miracle run at Wimbledon almost certainly looks as though it will come to an end on Friday. Zverev is playing with huge confidence at this stage after winning the French Open, and a showdown with Jannik Sinner or Novak Djokovic could be achieved in straight sets.
