The Miami Hurricanes are visiting Pittsburgh at Acrisure Stadium with a chance to end the season on a high note heading into the CFP. It’s been three years since these teams last played, with Miami leading the historical series 29–12–1.

The Miami Hurricanes head to Pittsburgh at 9–2 overall and 5–2 in the ACC, ranked 12th in the nation, riding a three-game win streak. They’ll be looking to finish their season finale on a high note and, most importantly, to keep their playoff hopes alive.

The Hurricanes are a mix of a strong offense with an even better defense. Defensively, they rank 6th in rushing yards allowed and 7th in points allowed. However, they’ve been a liability when it comes to penalties, an issue that has affected them throughout the season and could put them in a tough spot in this game.
The Panthers are currently 8–3 overall and 6–1 in conference play, placing them higher than Miami in the standings. They have won six straight conference games and will look to make it a perfect run with their last game this weekend. Despite being the home team, they are underdogs at +6.5.
Pittsburgh is known as a high-scoring team, currently 12th in the nation in points scored. They are led by running back Jackiryan Taylor, who has 7 TDs so far. He’ll need to play one of his best games, as Miami has a tough front-line defense ready to stop him.
The season finale for these ACC rivals will have major playoff implications, so both teams will be ready to battle. Miami is favored as the visiting team at -6.5 on the spread. The over/under is 49.5, and the moneyline is -250 for Miami and +210 for Pittsburgh.
Despite both teams having strong offenses, we feel that Pitt will rely too heavily on its running back, and Miami knows exactly how to handle those types of teams. We expect Miami to bring home the victory over the Panthers, covering the spread at -6.5 in this game.
