One of the games on Wednesday's NBA slate features the Charlotte Hornets hosting the Milwaukee Bucks. Who has the edge in our Hornets vs Bucks pick?
Despite getting outscored 31-15 in the third quarter, Charlotte battled back to get within eight points in the final frame. But thanks to a three-point play from Luka Doncic and a back-breaking 3-pointer from Marcus Smart, the Hornets were defeated by a 121-111 margin.
Miles Bridges was on fire for Charlotte. He scored a team-high 34 points, along with eight rebounds and five assists. He shot 11-for-19 overall and 7-of-12 from beyond the arc. Kon Knueppel contributed 19 points, 10 boards, and nine dimes.
The Bucks have won two of their last three games. This includes a 116-114 victory against the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night.
Milwaukee trailed by nine points through the first three quarters. But thanks to strong fourth quarter in which they outscored Dallas 37-26, the Bucks escaped with a two-point victory.
Giannis Anetokounmpo was one of six Bucks players in double figures. He finished with 30 points, eight rebounds, and six assists. Kyle Kuzma led the second unit with 26 points, connecting on 10 of his 17 shot attempts.

In addition to the Hornets dropping seven of their first 10 games, they are also 2-8 in the previous 10 meetings between these ball clubs. With that being said, look for the road team to get the victory in this Eastern Conference showdown.
