Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid a.k.a. the Madrid Derby is on the program on Saturday, February 25, 2023. The game is played at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, where Los Blancos are undefeated for almost a year. Are Atleti capable of changing that?

Before Betting on Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid

Los Blancos are coming off a big win in the UEFA Champions League last Tuesday. They defeated Liverpool on the road 5-2 despite being 2-0 down at one point in the game. Then, Vinicius Junior stepped up, scoring two goals and making one assist. Karim Benzema also scored twice, while Eder Militao scored once.

The win over the Reds was Real Madrid’s fifth straight win in all competitions. Los Blancos now have a chance to win as many as another three titles (they’ve already won the FIFA Club World Cup in 2023). In addition to the Champions League, they also stand a chance to win the Spanish Cup, as well as La Liga.

Winning the Spanish top-flight won’t be easy as table leaders Barcelona have eight points more than them. Nevertheless, the battle isn’t yet lost, especially if Los Blancos continue playing great.

Real Madrid are in top form right now, but even more importantly, they’re superb at home. The last time they lost at Santiago Bernabeu was in March 2022, while the last time they suffered a home loss against Atleti was in 2016. We don’t think that will change this weekend. Instead, we think Real Madrid will add another win to the list.
