Cincinnati has one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL guiding them into the AFC Wild Card round while Baltimore could be down to a third stringer on their side. Both Lamar Jackson (knee) and Tyler Huntley (wrist) are banged up coming into this game which could have the Ravens turning to Anthony Brown for a second straight week.

Before Betting on Ravens vs Bengals

These two teams met last week, but it was an essentially meaningless game that the Bengals won 27-16. It was still important for Cincinnati to get on the field as their game the previous Monday with Buffalo was cancelled when Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac episode.

Cincinnati did lose 19-17 at Baltimore in week 3, when the Ravens held Burrow to just 217 yards passing. Many would say Baltimore’s defense has vastly improved since that meeting mainly after acquiring All-Pro LB Roquan Smith from Chicago, Smith just signed a $100 million contract extension this week. The Bengals have also knocked out 8-straight wins however.

There aren’t many concerns with the Baltimore defense as they had held opponents to 16 points or less in the previous five games prior to the regular season finale against the Bengals – but that offense is a different story. Jackson is out for sure, and you know the Ravens are in a tough spot when they’re hoping Huntley can play through injuries even though he’s only had 8 starts in his 3-year career.

Ravens vs Bengals Prediction & Pick

Things got pretty chippy last week in Cincinnati between these two teams, and don’t expect the Bengals to go lightly in the rematch. Baltimore has a solid defense, but even they get worn down when their offense cannot sustain drives. Bengals pick up the double digit win.
Pick: Bengals -8.5
