Josh Jacobs a Game-Time Decision

The Raiders are three and O ladies and gentlemen. They

posted two OT wins in the opening round against the Ravens, and after that, against the Dolphins. In between, Cucky Gruden’s guys were better than the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road, indicating that this might be their season.

Josh Jacobs had just 10 carries this year for 34 yards, all that vs. Ravens. Though, one of the best rushers in the league delivered two TDs against Baltimore, and the Raiders are hoping to have him available for tonight’s event. He would come quite handy in the red zone when his team needs to execute.

In Jacob’s absence, Derek Carr stepped up and started throwing bombs. Over the first three games, Carr has 1203 yards for six touchdowns and two picks. Henry Ruggs III is his favorite target with 11 passes for 237 yards and a TD. Though, the guy who makes the difference is TE Darren Waller with 20 receptions and 224 yards, plus a TD.

Chargers’ Massive Win in Kansas City Provides a Boost

Justin Herbert is something, we need to tell you that. He really has the potential to be one of the best quarterbacks in this era. Even though his stats are not shiny as Carr’s, the youngster’s performances are at the same, maybe even higher level.

Last week, Herbert perfectly orchestrated the Chargers’ attack in Kansas City, leading them to a big 30-24 victory over the favorites in their division. Herbert was 26-for-38, collecting 281 yards with four touchdown passes. He punished each and every mistake the Chiefs made, not allowing the hosts to make the slightest swing.

Mike Williams and Keenan Allen are perfectly using Herbert’s arm, and these two guys posted 295 and 258 receiving yards, respectively. Williams is the leader of the teams, with four touchdowns, and the way he plays, we could easily see him ending the year with 15 scores.

Raiders vs. Chargers Head to Head

Both teams won on the road last year. The Raiders were better in LA, 31-26. Meanwhile, later that season, the Chargers posted an OT victory in Las Vegas, 30-27.

Raiders vs. Chargers Prediction and Pick

The game should be efficient, as said earlier. Currently, the line for the total points is set at 51.5, and in our humble opinion, that is perfect for betting on over. Both sides have flamboyant offenses, and the same can’t be said for the respective defenses.

Pick: Over 51.5 points.
