The Duke Blue Devils are seeking to get back on track following their road loss at North Carolina State. The Blue Devils go on the road to the Pittsburgh Panthers, a team that has not had a great start to the season. The Blue Devils are 13-2 on the season and 1-2 in conference games so far this season. Duke beat Florida State on December 30th, but that came after their December 9th loss at Boston College.

For the Panthers of Pittsburgh, a trio of losses to Miami, Louisville and Virginia Tech have them at the bottom of the Atlantic Coast Conference standings. The Panthers have a home game with Georgia Tech up next, and then back to back games at Syracuse and then another meeting against Duke. The Duke Blue Devils are -14.5 over the Pittsburgh Panthers on Wednesday night.

Panthers Having Rough Season

The Pittsburgh Panthers would love to pull off a massive upset in this game, but their fire power is likely not enough. The Panthers are a team that ranks 311th in College Basketball in scoring. Pittsburgh just has a terrible time putting the basketball into the hoop. Fortunately, the Panthers defense is allowing under 70 per game as well.

The top scorer for the Panthers this season has been Jared Wilson-Frame. In 16 games, he is scoring just shy of 13 points per game. Ryan Luther and Marcus Carr, along with Shamiel Stevenson are coming for just shy of 34 points per game for Pittsburgh.

Duke Looking for Huge Bounce Back

The Duke Blue Devils are likely going to be a mad basketball team coming into this game. The last time Duke lost, their next two games were absolute blowout wins. The Blue Devils beat  Evansville and Florida State, scoring a combined 204 points in those two games. The Blue Devils are second in the nation allowing 93.9 points per game.

The top scorer for the Blue Devils has been freshman Marvin Bagley III. The freshman is scoring 22.5 points per game, and grabbing 11.5 rebounds per game. Duke also is getting nearly 17 points per game from their senior guard Grayson Allen. Wendell Carter Jr and Gary Trent Hr are next, both over 13 per game, while Trevon Duval is averaging 12.3 per game.

Blue Devils Win BIG

The Duke Blue Devils are going to win this game, and likely win this game with ease. Pittsburgh is not a very good basketball team, and we cannot even pretend that the home court in this game is going to matter. Duke is going to score 100+ points again in this game, with numerous guys pouring in points. When you bet on this Atlantic Coast Conference game on Wednesday – take the favorite. The Duke Blue Devils -14.5 is the way to bet this game.  Bet on the  Duke Blue Devils -14.5 over the Pittsburgh Panthers in the conference game on Wednesday night.
