However, their inexperience is something that still prevents them from becoming true superstars and the leading players of the entire NBA.
Both the Kings and the Hawks are desperately trying to reach the playoffs for quite some time, but they didn’t have too much success in the recent past. It appears that this might be the year when these two sides finally fulfill their respective goals.

Sacramento’s Critical Period
With 15 wins and 22 losses, the Kings are close to the playoffs, but they will need to make a winning streak and reach the .500 mark. They are 3-7 over the last 10 matches, and the last few weeks have been critical for the Kings, who had one very good period during which they posted seven wins in eight events.ย

Atlanta has three wins in a row, and is in seventh in the East. This might be the crucial part of the season for these guys and their playoff ambitions because they now have to come out and win a couple of consecutive games.
The Hawks’ schedule is pretty favorable – Kings, Cavs, Rockets, and the Thunder are on the list for the next four events, with the note that the only match on the road is the one against the Rockets, who are falling apart at the moment.ย
The team from Georgia played already one game after the All-Star break, against the Toronto Raptors on the road, winning 121-120. Tony Snell would hit a three-point buzzer-beater to lift his Hawks to another triumph. Trae Young had 37 points, Clint Capela 19 board, while Danilo Gallinari added 20 from the bench.
