Another weekend of Premier League action is coming up, and there will be an important fixture at Old Trafford for Manchester United. The Red Devils will be looking to bounce back after failing to win their previous two in the league. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace will be looking for a big away win that could take them closer to the middle of the standings.

Before Betting On Man United vs Crystal Palace

Manchester United will be in action for the third time in a week at Old Trafford on Saturday, but it will be their first game in the Premier League since a 3-2 defeat against Arsenal in the middle of January. United have since progressed to the fifth round of the FA Cup and the final in the EFL Cup. However, a return to winning ways in the league is desperately needed to improve their Champions League hopes.

However, United’s record against Palace in recent seasons is pretty poor, as they have landed just a single victory in their previous five league fixtures against the Eagles. That includes a run of two without a win. But, they haven’t gone three top-flight games without victory against Palace since 1970.

The Eagles will be confident after picking up a 1-1 draw against United just a few weeks ago, and they have picked up seven points from their previous four visits to the Old Trafford. Over that run, they have picked up two victories. However, their only defeat in four visits did come in the form of a 1-0 loss last season.

Palace don’t come into this game in winning form, as they have picked up just a single victory in their previous seven league fixtures. That win was their success over Bournemouth on New Year’s Eve. They will need to get back on track if they are to steer clear of the drop zone.

United’s recent record against the Eagles may not be very good, but we fully expect Erik ten Hag’s side to bounce back to winning ways in the league this weekend with a comfortable 2-0 home win over Palace.
