The Sacramento Kings are in Texas, where they face the San Antonio Spurs.

Before Betting on the Kings vs. Spurs

The Sacramento Kings are good. Real good. After a while, they have a team not only for the playoffs but also for making a noise in the postseason. After two tight losses at home, the Kings have won three in a row, beating the Magic, and the Rockets, twice in a row. In each of these games, Sacramento dropped at least 135 points.

The most recent contest was vs. Rockets, 139-114, with Domantas Sabonis’ triple-double – 19 points, 16 assists and 15 boards. Harison Barnes scored 27 points, De’Aaron Fox 24, and Terence Davis had 22.

Meanwhile, the Spurs have four defeats in a row and are near the bottom of the West. So far this year, Gregg Popovich and his crew won only 13 of 43 events, and it seems that San Antonio is about to have quite a busy summer.

The most recent game was against the Warriors at the Alamo Dome. This was a record-breaking event, with more than 67 thousand spectators. Though, that didn’t prevent the guests from rolling over the Spurs, 144-113, which was the fourth meeting in a row in which SAS allowed at least 120 buckets.

The Kings are nine-point favorites according to most of the bookmakers, and given the current shape of the Spurs, we think the guests have reasonable chances of covering that gap.
